DUSHANBE, December 10, 2012, Asia-Plus  — Representatives of Sozandagoni Vatan (Homeland Builders), which is the youth organization of the ruling People’s Democratic Party (PDP), are conducting a nationwide action dedicated to the first anniversary of its establishment.

“The main objective of the action, dubbed “PDP to Each House,” is in propagating ideas and goals of the People’s Democratic Party,” Sozandagoni Vatan leader Adham Mirsaidov told Asia-Plus in an interview.

In the framework of the action, the party volunteers are distributing the 2013 calendars featuring symbols of the party to people in Dushanbe, Gorno Badakhshan, Khatlon and Sughd provinces as well as districts subordinate to the center (RRP), he added.     

Sozandagoni Vatan is the youth organization of the ruling People’s Democratic Party (PDP). The PDP created the Sozandagoni Vatan organization in July and its founding conference took place on July 27, 2011.  The conference elected Adham Mirsaidov, formerly head of the PDP organizing department, chairman of the Sozandagoni Vatan organization.  The organization was registered with the Ministry of Justice in November 2011.

The main objective of the organization is reportedly in fostering a spirit of patriotism, devotion to ideas of national self-consciousness and independence of the country in the young generation.
