DUSHANBE, December 17, 2012, Asia-Plus  — Tajik President Emomali Rahmon on December 15 sent a message of condolences to U.S. President Barak Obama following the school shooting tragedy in Newtown, Connecticut on Friday.

In his message, Emomali Rahmon, in particular, noted that that tragic news has proved once again that all the human beings should join hands and conduct relentless fight against any form of violence related to human rights violations.
