KULOB, September 13, 2008, Asia-Plus — TajKDR Company has launched an enterprise for producing coal briquettes in the village of Yol Khatlon’s Shuroobod district.
Speaking in an interview with Asia-Plus, the enterprise engineer Safarali Jalolov said that it is already the third coal-briquette-producing enterprise of the company. The first two enterprises for producing coal briquettes were set up in Isfara (Sughd province) and Hissor.
According to him, an average monthly wage of persons working with the enterprise in Yol is 400 somonis. “We have already received orders for 100 tons of coal briquettes,” the engineer said.
