DUSHANBE, October 1, 2013, Asia-Plus — Tajikistan’s Honorary Consulate has opened in Hamburg, Germany, according to the Tajik MFA information department.
Tajik Foreign Minister Hamrokhon Zarifi attended an official ceremony of opening of Tajikistan’s Honorary Consulate that took place on September 30.
The ceremony was reportedly attended by senior officials of Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein, representatives of German trade and industry as well as academic circles and Tajik nationals living in Hamburg.
Tajikistan’s Honorary Consul to Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein is Mr. Kurush Purkiyon.
