DUSHANBE, July 22, 2014, Asia-Plus – By president’s decree Rustam Latifzoda was relieved of his post of chairman of the Vose district, Khatlon province. By another president’s decree Mouso Ghafourov was appointed acting chairman of the Vose district, Khatlon province.
