KULOB, June 19, Asia-Plus  — A summer camp Sangdara in the Muminobod district is ready accept 5,200 schoolchildren from the city of Kulob this summer, which is 40 percent more than last year, the Kulob trade unions head Ikrom Fozilov said in an interview with Asia-Plus.

Besides, school’s camps have been organized in the city to accept 2,200 primary school pupils and summer camps have also been organized at two local boarding schools to accept some 400 children, the trade unions head said.   

“Some 1,000 schoolchildren from Kulob will also have a rest in the republican summer camps Qaratogh and Khoja Obigarm,” said Fozilov.  “Some 800 Kulob schools students will have a rest in labor camps.”
