Dushanbe. 18 August. “Asia Plus” — An employee from the migration department of Russia, who has crippled Tajik migrant worker, sentenced to three years in prison.

Investigation and the Court ascertained that on 27th of June this year the senior inspector has invited a Tajik citizen to his office in order to get the explanations about the construction works. The man was later appointed time, and therefore the chief inspector, exceeding his administrative duties, dealt a blow to the victim’s chest.

“The accused has not admit his guilt in the crime, but collected during the preliminary investigation would not allow him to avoid criminal liability,” – says the report.

Gathered during the investigation evidences were examined by the Court. The Court found them sufficient for sentencing. The accused was convicted and sentenced to 3 years of imprisonment in a penal colony, with deprivation on holding public office in the Federal Migration Service in Russian Federation for a period of three years.
