DUSHANBE, November 17, 201, Asia-Plus – On Tuesday November 17, Chinese Ambassador to Tajikistan Fan Xianrong conferred here with President Emomali Rahmon at the end of his tenure to the Republic of Tajikistan.

According to the Tajik president’s official website, Rahmon and Fan discussed stat and prospects of further expansion of bilateral cooperation between Tajikistan and China.

President Rahmon reportedly expressed satisfaction with the level of cooperation between the two countries and appreciated Chinese diplomat’s efficient cooperation with the government of Tajikistan.

Ambassador Fan, for his part, noted that he would promote expansion of cooperation and neighborly relations between Beijing and Dushanbe in the future as well.
