Within the framework of its co-operation between World Bank and Tajikistan Government, the Pamir Energy company has received financing from the World Bank, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the Contract for Construction of 63 km double circuit 110 kV Khorog-Qozideh Transmission Line, including installation of fibre-optic cable.

The Pamir Energy company now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Design, manufacture, factory tests, transportation to site, construction and on-site tests of the facilities for a new 110 kV double circuit transmission line from Khorog-Qozideh, including fibre-optic cable.

  1. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016, revised November 2017 and August 2018 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

 

  1. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from OJSC “Pamir Energy Company” and inspect the bidding document during office hours 09:00 to 17:00 hours (Dushanbe time) at the address given below.

 

  1. The bidding document in English may be requested by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below. The document will be sent by a downloadable link.

 

  1. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 14:00 +5 GMT, 15 February 2022. Electronic bidding will be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 16:00 +5 GMT, 15 February 2022.

 

  1. Pamir Energy Company has the right to accept all or part of the competitive bids:

 

  1. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 20 000 USD.
