DUSHANBE, October 26, Asia-Plus – Iran intends to invest US$25 million in the construction of a residential complex in Dushanbe, Muhammad Reza Huseinkhani, the president of Iran’s Soft Technique International, which is the general contractor for this project, remarked today morning at a groundbreaking ceremony for the complex.  

According to him, the Tajik side will provide construction machines and 130 builders.  

The complex including three 16-story residential blocs with an overall space of 234,000 square meters will be located in the Saadi Sherozi Street.  Prices for apartments in this residential complex will be determined at the rate of US$900 per one square meter.  

Each of three residential blocks will have sports ground with swing pool and sauna and underground garage.  The ground floor of each of the residential blocs will have a special hall for holding various events, including weddings.  

The residential complex is being constructed by design of Iranian architects Farzad Dalir and Omid Gholampour.  The complex is expected to be finished in 27 months.
