place among 60 countries in terms of instability level, the Regnum news agency cited “2006 Rating of Instability of World States”, which annually conducted by the “Foreign Policy” magazine in cooperation with the “Foundation for Peace” Research Center.
The survey is based on 12 criteria, including political, economical, as well military and social criteria. Besides, demographic situation, presence of refugees, human rights situation, power and controllability of special services, cohesion of state elites and presence of external factors, for example foreign occupation, have also been assessed during conduct of the survey.
