DUSHANBE, October 8, 2009, Asia-Plus — President Emomali Rahmon today received visiting Danish Minister of Foreign Affairs Per Stig Møller, according to presidential press service.

In the course of the talks, the two discussed a broad range of issues related to bilateral cooperation between Tajikistan and Denmark.

Mr. Per Stig Møller arrived in Tajikistan for an official three-day visit.  During his stay in Tajikistan, Danish minister is scheduled to visit Khorog, the capital of Gorno Badakhshan and get acquainted with the process of implementation of a number of projects of the European Union in Tajikistan.

Mr. Stig Møller will also hold talks with heads of a number of ministries and organizations of the country, the press service said.
