According to the Tajik Embassy, only Tajik students studying at higher educational institutions in Turkey may participate in the competition on different themes dedicated to Tajikistan.

Those interested may send their articles, photo spreads, slide shows, video reels, songs and verses about Tajikistan in Tajik, English, Russian or Turkish.
