DUSHANBE, July 15, 2009, Asia-Plus  — The Swiss Cooperation Office announces a joint exhibition of works by the Tajik artists Sulaimon and Ozar Sharifi.

According to the SDC Dushanbe Office, the vernisage will take place in July 17, 2009 at 6:00 pm at the Swiss Cooperation Office in Dushanbe.  The exhibition will last until August 17, 2009, from Monday to Friday (9:00 am – 5:00 pm).

Sulaimon Sharifi, a member of Union of Artists of Tajikistan, was born in Dushanbe in 1958.  Ozar Sharifi, a young talented artist, was born in Dushanbe in 1986.  He graduated from the Olimov Art College in 2004

Both artists (father and son) have been working in various styles of art such as: graphics, illustration photo and video and actual art, as well as contemporary.  They have participated in different international exhibitions and projects on contemporary arts.  Their art works are held in private collections in Europe, USA, Russia and Tajikistan.
