DUSHANBE, May 13 2009, Asia-Plus  — The International NGO Training and Research Center (INTRAC) is presenting the Tajikistan educational program outcomes in Dushanbe today.

According to the INTRAC Dushanbe Office, the main objective of the presentation is to spread the results of research projects on social development implemented by the program participants from Tajikistan.

The educational program on analytical methods is a five-module educational program that was implemented from April 2008 to February 2009 to develop analytical and research skills of representatives of NGOs in Central Asia working in the sphere of reduction of poverty and development of local communities and self-help groups.

The education program on analytical method is implemented by INTRAC under support of the consortium of international organizations, ACT-Development, the source at the INTRAC Dushanbe Office said.  The program aims to promote implementation of appropriate national and international programs on economic and social development.

Founded in 1991, INTRAC is a non-profit organization working in the international development and relief sector.  It supports non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and civil society organizations (CSOs) around the world by helping to explore policy issues, and by strengthening management and organizational effectiveness.
