DUSHANBE, November 25, 2011, Asia-Plus — Some 400 graduates from Russian teachers’ training institutes, the Russian language teachers, will arrive in Tajikistan to work with local schools.

Rahmon Ulmasov, Vice Chancellor of Russian-Tajik Slavic University (RTSU) in Dushanbe, says this issue has been discussed over the past three years and the Russian teachers are expected to arrive in Tajikistan next summer.

“The Russian side will grant them certain financial benefits and Tajikistan will provide the Russian teachers with dwelling and will pay salaries to them,” said Ulmasov, “I hope that such assistance from Russia will improve the teaching the Russian language in Tajikistan.”
