DUSHANBE, September 11, 2012, Asia-Plus  — Deputies of Tajikistan’s lower house (Majlisi Namoyandagon) of parliament are currently holding meetings with their voters.

Muhammadato Sultonov, a spokesman for the Majlisi Namoyandagon, says the meetings will be held in the constituencies from September 11 to September 20.

Parliamentarians are reporting back to their electors on the work they have done to-date, acquainting them with parliament’s plans and studying their proposals on seeking solution to problems facing the regions.

On the basis of the findings of these meetings, a detailed report will be prepared that will be sent for consideration to the government, Sultonov said.
