According to the source, the two discussed state and prospects of further expansion of bilateral economic cooperation between

Russian Federation
. Their talks focused on participation of the
Russian Federation
in the construction of hydropower facilities in
Tajikistan
.
Presidential press service says the Russian president reiterated
Russia
’s readiness to provide support for socioeconomic development of
Tajikistan
. In the course of the talks the two also discussed issues a number of international and regional issues being of mutual interest.
