DUSHANBE, December 29, Asia-Plus — Russian President Vladimir Putin has sent a telegram of congratulations to his Tajik counterpart, President Emomali Rahmonov, on occasion of the upcoming New Year holiday, the Kremlin press service said.
Putin, in particular, noted that relations between the two countries this year have been rich and fruitful. Russian president expressed confidence that friendly and confidential relations between Russia and Tajikistan will expand in future as well.
