DUSHANBE, November 13, Asia-Plus – Zafar Muhabbatov, formerly specialist from president’s office, has been appointed to head Tajikistan’s Red Crescent Society (RCS).
An extraordinary board meeting of RCS that was held on November 9 appointed Zafar Muhabbatov as Secretary General of Tajikistan’s Red Crescent Society, Madina Sayfiddinova, information officer with the RCS headquarters in Dushanbe, said.
According to her, before working with president’s office, Zafar Muhabbatov had worked with the RCS Central Committee and the government of the Khatlon province.
