DUSHANBE, December 27, Asia-Plus — Education Minister Abdujabbor Rahmonov has ordered to ban the spread of lotteries, stamps of various societies, concert and performance tickets, as well as religious literature in educational facilities because it displeases students’ parents and impedes studies, Noilsho Nouraliyev, a spokesman for the ministry of education (MoE), said.
According to him, minister’s order that was signed yesterday concerns all educational facilities.
The spread of concert and performance tickets is allowed only during holidays, the spokesman said.
