DUSHANBE, January 15, Asia-Plus — Education Minister Abdujabbor Rahmonov has inaugurated a new school in the village of Khujii Bolo in the Shahrinav.
The school was built due to funds provided by the Catalytic Fund Grant, which supports implementation of Tajikistan’s National Strategy for Education Development.
Parviz Saidov, a spokesman for education projects management unit, said that the new school has nine classes to accommodate totaling 215 pupils. 515,290 somonis have been spent to build the school, according to him.
The Catalytic Fund Grant has also provided 47,183 somonis to purchase furniture for the schools, the spokesman said.
