KHUAJND, August 26, Asia-Plus  – Sportsmen in northern Tajikistan are making serious preparations for the upcoming republican karting competition due on September 18-19, purchasing new karts.  

Speaking in an interview with Asia-Plus, the motor racing veteran Hofiz Sayfulloyev said that the competition would be held at the Khujand kart-racetrack Formula-K and some 30 sportsmen from Sughd, Dushanbe and other regions of the country will participate in the competition.   

Built in 2003, the Khujand kart-racetrack meets all international standards.
