DUSHANBE, August 27, Asia-Plus  — Admission of Pakistan to the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) will strengthen the Organization, Mr. Mahmud Ali Durrani, National Security Adviser to the PM Yousaf Raza Gillani, heading Pakistani delegation to attend the Dushanbe SCO summit, said in an interview with Asia-Plus.  

 “We want to see the Shanghai Cooperation Organization as the strong organization and admission of our country would promote this,” Mr. Durrani said.  

Pakistani politician expressed hope that the Dushanbe SCO summit will determine principles of admission of new member nations.
