A delegation of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan led by Public Works Minister Sohrob Ali Safari med the deputy chairperson of Uzbekistan Temir Yollari (Uzbekistan Railways) state joint stock company Akbar Shukurov on August 27.
The sides said that the relations between Uzbekistan and Afghanistan are developing gradually in all spheres, including trade, energy, transport and transport communication.
The parties exchanged opinion on expansion of cooperation in railway transportation between Uzbekistan and Afghanistan.
