DUSHANBE, December 1, 2008, Asia-Plus  — Chairman of the Majlisi Milli (Tajikistan’s upper chamber of parliament) Mahmadsaid Ubaidulloyev today morning departed fro Beijing, China for an official six-day visit, Asia-plus has learned from Shavkat Saidov, an aide to the Majlisi Milli speaker for public relations.   

During his stay in China, Ubaidulloyev is scheduled to hold talks with Chairman of the Standing Committee of the All-China Assembly of People’s Representatives U Bango, Exim (Export/Import) Bank President Li Ruogu, and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Shanghai City People’s Assembly Lu Yunjin.   

Heads of a number of committees of the Majlisi Milli are accompanying Ubaidulloyev on the visit to China, the aide said.
