Russia calls on the international community to stop supplies of any kind of arms to Georgia – not only offensive, but also all other military systems, RF Foreign Ministry spokesman Andrei Nesterenko said on the Vesti news television channel on Thursday in connection with the anniversary of tragic events in South Ossetia.

“It is difficult to overestimate the need for all countries to abstain for a long period from supplying to Georgia of offensive, and at best – of all kinds of weapons and military equipment,” the diplomat stressed.
