DUSHANBE, December 4, 2009, Asia-Plus — Customs officers have detained another stomach drug smuggler at Dushanbe airport, according to the Customs Committee of Tajikistan.
Tajik national Ulfatsho Nazirshoyev who ingested drugs was arrested on December 3 during an inspection of passengers on the flight Dushanbe Moscow, the source said. According to him, the peddler ingested dozens of wraps of narcotic drug that was tested positive to heroin weighing some one kilogram.
Criminal proceedings have been instituted against Nazrishoyev on drug charges and an investigation is under way
