DUSHANBE, February 10, 2010, Asia-Plus  — By government’s decrees a number of staff changes were introduced in some government institutions yesterday.

Mumin Tohsmatov, Abdullo Qurbonov, Suhrob Rahimov and Sunatullo Qodirov were appointed deputy chairmen of the Barqi Tojik power holding (Tajik electricity supplier).

Zevar Davlatova, formerly first deputy director of the National News Agency Khovar, was appointed director of the National Children’s TV Channel, Bahoriston.

Besides, Asror Latifov was relieved of his post of head of the Organizational Department within President’s Executive Office in connection with transfer to other job, Grez Qosimov, who had previously been Adviser to the President for Personnel Policy, was appointed deputy head of the Public Service Directorate under the President, and Rahmatullo Karimov was appointed director of the Unit for Management of Irrigation System Rehabilitation Projects.
