10 bushes of wild Indian hemp destroyed in Bobojonghafurov district

KHUJAND, July 10, 2010, Asia-Plus  — During the anti-drug operation, dubbed Kuknor-2010 (Poppy-2010), 10,000 bushes of wild Indian hemp have be destroyed in Bobojonghafurov district, Sughd province.

According to the Sughd police directorate, the wild hemp plantations have been discovered on the territory of the Maqsoudvov Farm.

Besides, 500 bushes of wild Indian hemp have been discovered and destroyed on the territory of Urunkhojayev Farm, the source said.
