DUSHANBE, January 5, 2012, Asia-Plus – By president’s decree of January 5 Rustam Mengliyev, formerly Deputy Head of President’s Executive Office, was appointed Minister of Justice, replacing Bakhtiyor Khudoyorov.
We will recall that Bakhtiyor Khudoyorov was appointed Head of President’s Executive Office.
Besides, Abdughaffor Rahmonov, who had previously been deputy governor of Khatlon province, was appointed acting mayor of Kulob, replacing Homid Abdulloyev.
Homid Abdulloyev was appointed mayor of the City of Norak.
