TajikAir company whose flight from Khujand to Dushanbe was delayed for several hours on May 20 said the company bears no responsibility for force majeure.
“Airport’s service and representatives of the airline company received hourly information about the delay due to weather conditions. Passengers were provided with water. Hot food was not provided to passengers because the flight was delayed on hourly basis and there was an opportunity to resume it at any time. This is force majeure and the company bears no responsibility for that,” press service of the airline company said quoting its representative in Khujand as saying.
