More than 30.000 bushes of wildly growing cannabis revealed in Sughd as a result of Kuknor-2012

More than 30.000 bushes of wildly growing Indian cannabis were destroyed in Sughd in the course of the Kuknor-2012 special operation on Monday, May 28.

As reported by the Tajik Interior Ministry’s Office for Sughd area, plantations of drug containing plant were found on the territory of the #6 brigade of A.Jumaev dekhkan farm of Isfisor Jamoat of Bobojongafurov region. A total of 20.000 bushes of wildly growing cannabis were revealed here. Nearly 11.000 bushes of cannabis were revealed on cropland on the territory of Kishovarzoni Navgilem cooperative farm in Isfara.

Kuknor-2012 operation started in Sughd area on May 20 and will last till November 2012.
