Kulob resident arrested in Temurmalik region for stealing horse

The police have arrested R.S., a 26-year-old resident of Kulob, for stealing a horse. As reported by Tajik Interior Ministry, the arrested man stole 8 horses from residents of Temurmalik region of Khatlon province. “Horses are estimated at more than 35.000 Somoni,” the source reported.
