DUSHANBE, July 13, 2012, Asia-Plus – A tank truck carrying diesel fuel has reportedly fallen over a precipice into a river in the Varzob district.

An official source at the Interior Ministry traffic police directorate says the accident took place Friday morning.  “The truck that was supposedly carrying 30 tons of diesel fuel fell into the Siyoma River,” the source said.

The cause of the accident is under investigation.
