DUSHANBE, December 6, 2012, Asia-Plus  — An official site of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation reports that Investigative Committee’s office in Voronezh oblast has completed investigation into a case instituted against Sergey Plekhanov, the member of the local council of the Semiluki Township, and the case has already moved to a court.

Criminal proceedings have been instituted against Plekhanov under the provisions of Article 111 (4) of Russia’s Penal Code – infliction of serious bodily injury entailing death.

On January 28, 2012, Sergey Plekhanov, being in a state of drunkenness, beat Tajik national to death, the report said.
