DUSHANBE, December 7, 2012, Asia-Plus — As a part of the U.S. Embassy Cultural Program, with the support of the U.S. State Department Bureau on Educational and Cultural Affairs in partnership with American Voices, the American musical group “Della Mae” will visit Tajikistan on December 10-17, 2012.

The U.S. Embassy is sponsoring a free concert in Dushanbe on December 13 at 18:00 at VEFA Hotel Concert Hall.

Della Mae is a contemporary bluegrass band from Boston, Massachusetts. Tajikistan is the sixth and final country on Della Mae’s Central Asian Tour to Pakistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Tajikistan.
