DUSHANBE, January 9, 2013, Asia-Plus  — An operation carried out by officers from the Interior Ministry’s office for Dushanbe on January 8 led to the arrest of alleged drug trafficker.

The Interior Ministry’s website says six kilograms of heroin were found hidden in Toyota belonging to Zinnatsho Bobokov, resident of the Ishkashim district, Gorno Badakhshan.

Criminal proceedings have been instituted against the alleged drug trafficker and an investigation is under way.
