DUSHANBE, January 28, 2013, Asia-Plus  — The Dushanbe mayor’s office is taking measures against the most incorrigible tax defaulters.

This issue was among major topics of a January 28 meeting of the mayor’s office, presided over by Mayor Mahmadsaid Ubaydulloyev, Shavkat Saidov, a spokesman for the Dushanbe mayor’s office said.

“Head of the Tax Committee’s office for Dushanbe reported on this issue and the mayor ordered his deputies and other senior representatives of the mayor’s office to take measures to solve problems related to timely collection of taxes,” Saidov noted.

According to him, Ubaydulloyev ordered to take drastic measures against the most incorrigible tax defaulters.
