DUSHANBE, November 20, 2013, Asia-Plus – By president’s decree issued on November 20, 2013, Saymumin Yatimov was reappointed chairman of the State Committee for National Security (SCNS).
Saymumin Yatimov has been the SCNS chief since September 2, 2010.
Abdufattor Sharipov, a spokesman for the president, says Rajabali Rahmonali ws appointed chief of the Main Border Guard Directorate at the SCNS, replacing Sherali Mirzo.
