DUSHANBE, January 21, 2014, Asia-Plus – Mr. Mahmadamin Mahmadaminov, who had previously served Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Tajikistan, appointed the Permanent Representative of Tajikistan to the United Nations.

According to the Tajik president’s official website, President Emomali Rahmon signed a relevant decree on this subject on January 21.

Mahmadaminov replaced Sirojiddin Aslov who was appointed Tajikistan”s new foreign minister in November.
