DUSHANBE, March 15, 2014, Asia-Plus – Three family members, including a 7-yer-old girl, were killed in their home in Dushanbe’s Shohmansour district on the night of March 14-15.

An official source at the Ministry of Interior (MoI) says the crime was committed at around 24:00.  “Several men came to Ashour Akobirov’s house and stabbed Ashour Akobirov and his wife to death,” said the source.  “The criminals then set fire to the house and Akobirov’s 7-year-old daughter was killed in the fire.”

Suspects have reportedly already been detained and the Dushanbe prosecutor’s office is investigating this incident.
