DUSHANBE, August 4, 2014, Asia-Plus – Days of Turkmen Culture in Tajikistan are opening in Dushanbe today.

According to the Ministry of Culture of Tajikistan (MoC), an official opening of Days of Turkmen Culture in Tajikistan is taking place at the Opera and ballet Theater named after Sadriddin Ayni

“A Turkmen delegation, numbering 60 people, including officials from the Turkmen Ministry of Culture and artistes, is led by Mr. Kerimogly Garovov, the director of Turkmenistan’s State Cultural Center,” an official source at a MoC told Asia-Plus in an interview.          

A photo exhibition telling of economic achievements of Turkmenistan has opened on the sidelines of Days of Turkmen Culture in Tajikistan that run until August 7.

On August 5, the Turkmen delegation is visiting the Vahdat Township and beauty Romit Gorge.

On August 6, Turkmen guests are scheduled to visit the Boghi Parchami Milli (National Flag Park) in Dushanbe.

On the same day, Turkmen artistes will give a concert at the Opera and Ballet Theater in Dushanbe, the source said.
