DUSHANBE, August 6, 2014, Asia-Plus — Five people were killed and at least one injured in three traffic that were reported in Tajikistan on Tuesday, August 5, according to the Interior Ministry traffic police department.

Two people were killed and one injured as Daewoo Lacceti, driven by Farrukh Mirzoyev, 24, turned over in the Temourmalik district, Khatlon province.

Another fatal traffic accident was reported in the northern province of Sughd.  The 38-year-old resident of the Jabborrasoulov district, Erkinjon Berdiyev, was killed after his Opel-Vectra collided with truck ZIL.

Besides, two people were killed after BMW-3181 collided with VAZ-2107 in the Danghara district, Khatlon province.  “The VAZ driver and BMW passenger sustained serious injuries and died on the way to hospital,” the source said.
