DUSHANBE, October 20, 2014, Asia-Plus — Two residents of Dushanbe – Bahrullo Nematov, 37, and Tojiddin Nematov, 19 – have been detained on suspicion of robbery and car theft.

The Interior Ministry’s website reports that Bahrullo Nematov and Tojiddin Nematov in the night of October 18 robbed Dushanbe resident Rustam Azimov, 53, threatening him with a knife, and hijacked his Opel-Astra.

Criminal proceedings have been instituted against the detained car hijackers and an investigation is under way.
