DUSHANBE, November 17, 2014, Asia-Plus — A large fire that broke out at Khujand’s Panjshanbe bazaar yesterday destroyed more than 10 shops and kiosks and damaged many others.

According to the preliminary investigation, the fire was caused by an electrical malfunction an official source at the Interior Ministry’s in Sughd told Asia-Plus in an interview. 

According to him, the fire was extinguished in 30-40 minutes and no injured was reported.
