DUSHANBE, December 14, 2014, Asia-Plus – The ruling People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has included 28 candidates in the party list for election to Tajikistan’s lower chamber (Majlisi Namoyandagon) of parliament that will take place on March 1, 2015.
The 12th congress of the People’s Democratic Party that took place at the Kokhi Vahdat State Complex in Dushanbe on December 13 endorsed the list of candidates included in the party list (proportional representation) for the 2015 parliamentary election.
The following members of the PDP were included in the party list:
- Mr. Abdujabbor Aziz, Presidential Adviser on Personnel Policy;
- Mr. Nizom Qosimpour, deputy of the Majlisi Namoyandagon;
- Ms. Khairiniso Yusufi, deputy of the Majlisi Namoyandagon;
- Ms. Bibidavalt Avzalshoyeva, deputy of the Majlisi Namoyandagon;
- Ms. Lutfiya Rajabova, Pro-Rector of Tajik Technical University for Educational Work;
- Mr. Olimjon Safarov, deputy of the Majlisi Namoyandagon;
- Amrikhudo Damdor, First Deputy Governor of the Gorno Badakhshan Autonomous Region (GBAO);
