DUSHANBE, January 19, 2015, Asia-Plus – Deputy of the Majlisi Namoyandagon, Suhrob Sharipov, died in Dushanbe today, aged 52 after a short illness.

Born in Dushanbe on April 18, 1963, Suhrob Sharipov received his secondary education in Dushanbe before graduating in 1988 from the Faculty of Philosophy, Moscow State University   

Suhrob Sharipov had scientific degree of Doctor of Sciences in Politology.

He had been deputy of the Majlisi Namoyandagon since December 2011.

From 2005 to December 2011, Suhrob Sharipov served as director of the Center for Strategic Studies under the President of Tajikistan.

Asia-Plus News Agency extends its deepest condolences to the family and relatives of Suhrob Sharipov.
