DUSHANBE, April 7, 2015, Asia-Plus — Dushanbe Mayor Mahmadsaid Ubaidulloyev has reportedly ordered to prohibit passenger transport of their regions from entering the city.

Shavkat Saidov, a spokesman for the Dushanbe mayor’s office, says Ubaidulloyev stated that yesterday at an enlarged working meeting of the mayor’s office.

According to him, a ban on passenger transport of other regions entering Dushanbe has been made for the purpose of avoiding traffic jams in the city.  Last stops for passenger transport of other regions will be at the four Gates to Dushanbe.

The ban takes effect on April 9, the spokesman said.
