All major markets in Dushanbe resumed their work

Today, on September 7, all major markets in Tajikistan, after a one-day closure, have resumed their work, said the head of Economic Development Office and Trade Administration of Dushanbe Saifullo Amonov.

According to him, on September 6 major capital markets “Shohmansur”, “Sahovat”, “Dehkon”, “Korovon”, “Sultoni Kabir”, “Ganjina” and “Panjshir” were closed for sanitary works.

“All small market of town on the 6th of September worked normally”, – said Amonov.

He stressed that on the recommendation of the power structures of the republic in connection with the terrorist acts that took place in Dushanbe and Vahdat, in all markets were tightened security measures.

Today in Dushanbe operate 28 markets, 5of which are communal.
